Tasks

  • You define features and find a good balance between business and user requirements
  • You share responsibility for the product roadmap and backlog and independently define requirements and features
  • You work with various internal and external stakeholders and ensure that their wishes are taken into account in the further development of the product
  • You are co-responsible for the product life cycle and coordinate projects and features from initial design concepts, through development, to go-live
  • You actively shape our systems, processes, and methods and are constantly looking for ways to improve them
  • You are responsible for the topics of user experience and customer journey

Requirements

  • You have general interest and the ability to convert customer requirements into features
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in product management (experience in financial or insurance services is an advantage but not mandatory)
  • You have experience in managing projects and interface functions
  • You have high conceptual and analytical skills
  • You work independently and are results-oriented
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have an eye for good UI and ideally experience in UX
