Our purpose is to accelerate growth for e-commerce sellers, and we have already helped more than 1,000 of them with fast, risk-free and super flexible working capital. Tasks

As a Country Manager, you have the responsibility to build our brand, represent and control our company in the UK.

  • You will develop operational plans and implement marketing strategies
  • You will create business plans for business and revenue growth
  • You will evaluate and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and progress reports to the office in Berlin
  • You ensure that the branch complies with all state regulations and policies
  • You are responsible to secure sales and profitability
  • You will manage and develop a team based in London

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in Consulting, Business Development, Project Management or similar fields
  • You ideally have prior experience working in an e-commerce company or Fintech (not mandatory)
  • You successfully completed your studies in business administration, management, finance or similar fields
  • You have great communication skills
  • You like to work in a structured way and are well organized
  • You have strong analytical thinking
  • You have very good knowledge in Excel
  • You have prior experience in Strategic Planning
  • You possess a deep understanding of the British local politics to enforce laws and regulations
